Living and working in the Lady Lake / The Villages area, I saw a real need for reliable help—especially for seasonal residents, rental owners, and homeowners who are away part of the year. That’s why Reliable Tasks Pros offers more than just handyman work. We provide complete property care, so small issues don’t turn into expensive problems.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, my background includes:

As the business has grown, Reliable Tasks Pros has expanded to include home watch services, Airbnb prep and cleaning support, yard maintenance, and golf cart rescue and transport, giving our customers one dependable company they can rely on for everything their property needs.

All incoming calls, scheduling, and job coordination are handled by Megan, who brings over 10 years of experience in property management, home watch services, and short-term rental coordination.

Her experience includes:

More Than a Business

Beyond Reliable Tasks Pros, I’m also involved in a local nonprofit organization called Florida Clean Waters Project, which focuses on removing trash and debris from Florida’s lakes, canals, and shorelines to help protect waterways, wildlife, and our community. Caring for our environment is just as important to me as caring for our homes.
